2. Billing and Automatic Renewal (For Subscription Boxes)
By enrolling in a Bougie Gush Boutique Subscription Box, you authorize us to automatically bill your preferred payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you choose to cancel (subject to Section 3 below).

Billing occurs on a set schedule each month.

You will be charged automatically for the next month’s box unless cancellation is completed before the next billing date.

Each month’s subscription box is curated in advance; once billed and processed, cancellations are not permitted.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information, including your credit or debit card details. Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in a lapse of your subscription benefits.
3. Cancellation Policy
All sales are final once payment has been processed.

One-time purchases cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once the order has been submitted and payment confirmed.

Subscription box cancellations must be made prior to the next billing date in order to avoid being charged for the upcoming month’s box.

Once billing and processing have begun, no cancellations, refunds, or modifications will be accepted for that month’s order.
To cancel an upcoming subscription renewal, please log in to your customer account or contact Customer Support before the next scheduled billing date.
4. Subscription Modifications
Bougie Gush Boutique reserves the right to:

Modify, pause, or discontinue the subscription service (in whole or in part) at any time.

Update the pricing, billing cycle, or product assortment with reasonable notice to active subscribers.
If your subscription is discontinued, you will receive notification prior to your next billing cycle.
5. Failed Payments and Account Holds
If a recurring payment fails to process, you will be notified via email. You will have 48 hours to update your payment information before your order or subscription may be suspended or canceled.
Bougie Gush Boutique is not responsible for missed shipments or loss of product availability due to delayed or failed payments.
6. Promotional and Limited Offers
From time to time, Bougie Gush Boutique may offer special promotions, discounts, or trial subscriptions.
Such offers are subject to their own terms and conditions, which will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
Promotional or discounted subscription boxes are non-refundable and not eligible for early cancellation once billing has occurred.
