1. Order Processing

All orders are processed in the order they are received.

  • Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing prior to shipment, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, which will include your tracking information.

Please note: Processing times may be extended during high-volume sales, holidays, or product launches.


2. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

Bougie Gush Boutique partners with trusted carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, to provide reliable and timely delivery of all orders.

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Economy Shipping: 5–10 business days (typically via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground).

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (typically via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Standard).

  • Express Shipping (where available): 1–2 business days (typically via USPS Priority Mail Express or UPS 2-Day/Overnight services).

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (available in select regions only).

All delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location, order volume, carrier logistics, customs clearance, and other factors outside of Bougie Gush Boutique’s control.
Once a package is tendered to the carrier, Bougie Gush Boutique is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost items caused by carrier handling or other external circumstances.


3. Subscription Box Shipping Schedule

Our Bougie Gush Boutique Subscription Boxes are shipped by the 15th of each month.
If the 15th falls on a Sunday or a recognized U.S. holiday, your box will be shipped on the preceding business day.

Tracking details will be emailed to you once your subscription shipment has been processed.


4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active once your shipment is processed by the carrier.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.
Bougie Gush Boutique is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees will apply to resend the order.


6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Once an order leaves our fulfillment center, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
Bougie Gush Boutique does not file carrier claims on behalf of the customer.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim using your provided tracking number:

7. International Shipping & Customs

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are determined by your country’s customs authority.
Bougie Gush Boutique is not responsible for these additional charges, and they are not included in your order total or shipping cost at checkout.

Delays due to customs processing are beyond our control.


8. Delivery Confirmation

All shipments will be marked as “Delivered” based on carrier records.
Once an item is marked delivered, Bougie Gush Boutique is not liable for theft or loss.
If your order shows as delivered but is missing, please contact your local carrier or postal office to investigate the issue directly.


9. Pre-Orders and Backordered Items

If you purchase a pre-order or backordered item, the estimated shipping date will be displayed on the product page or during checkout.

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be held and shipped together once all items become available, unless otherwise noted.
