We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or issue refunds once an order has been placed and payment has been processed.

This includes — but is not limited to — clothing, jewelry, accessories, subscription boxes, promotional items, and limited-edition merchandise.

2. Order Accuracy and Quality Assurance

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please file a claim directly with the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) using your tracking information.
You may also contact us for assistance in providing documentation needed to support your claim.

Please note that Bougie Gush Boutique cannot issue refunds or replacements for products damaged or lost during shipping, as liability transfers to the carrier upon dispatch.


4. Subscription Boxes

All Bougie Gush Boutique Subscription Boxes are final sale and are non-refundable.
Because each box is curated in advance and includes exclusive, limited-edition items, substitutions, exchanges, or cancellations are not permitted after billing and processing.

In the rare event of a missing item within a subscription box, please contact our Customer Care Team within 3 business days of delivery for review and documentation support.


5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. Bougie Gush Boutique is not liable for packages shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

If your order has not yet shipped, we will make every effort to correct the address; however, once the package has been dispatched, changes cannot be made, and no refund or replacement will be provided.

At this time, Bougie Gush Boutique does not offer exchanges or store credit for any reason, including sizing, color, or preference variations.
